How to find your Page link
From the Page itself
Open your Page on facebook.com or in the Facebook app. Copy the address from the browser bar, or use the menu and choose Copy link. A Page link looks like facebook.com/yourpage.
From a profile.php link
Some Pages use a numeric link such as facebook.com/profile.php?id=1234567890. That works here when the id is the Page. Personal profiles, groups, events, and individual posts do not.
