1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kejoola ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2Description of Service

Kejoola provides a cloud-based platform for booking management, client management, and online presence for service businesses. The Service includes features such as appointment scheduling, client portals, customizable booking pages, optional third-party integrations (e.g., Google Calendar for syncing bookings), and related tools.

3User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

5User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you provide.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code
• Interfere with the Service
• Gain unauthorized access

You may not use AI features to create or publish content or code that:

• is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or defamatory, or impersonates anyone;
• collects, tracks or sends personal information without proper authorization and notice;
• contains malware or other harmful scripts; or
• tries to get around our checks or safeguards.

Don't include customer records or other people's personal information in your prompts.

7AI Features

The Service includes AI features that help you build and edit your site: AI site setup, the blog article generator, and the AI editor. The AI editor suggests and makes changes to your site draft, including layout, text, CSS and JavaScript. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and may look like output given to other users. AI-generated content may include placeholder details, such as example prices, services or claims. You must review these and replace them with accurate information before you publish. Changes made by the AI editor stay in your draft until you publish them.

8Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything published on your site. This includes content and code produced by AI features, code you add yourself, and actions taken by team members you invite. You are also responsible for how any code on your site collects, uses or shares information from your visitors. You must comply with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws and give your visitors any notices those laws require. If you add clients yourself or send them review requests, you confirm you're allowed to contact them.

9Code checks

We run automated checks on JavaScript the AI editor writes or changes, to reduce certain risks. These checks are limited and may not catch every issue. They don't apply to code you enter by hand. They are not a guarantee that any code is safe, secure, lawful or free of errors.

10Our rights

We may disable, remove or roll back content or code, or suspend AI features or your site, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or creates harm, legal risk or security risk. We may act without prior notice when needed to protect visitors, others or the Service. Otherwise, we'll tell you when it's practical. Taking these actions doesn't give you a right to a refund or credit, except as required by law.

11Ownership

As between you and Kejoola, you own your prompts and the output AI features create for you, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that output is original or free of other people's rights. Your prompts and the AI output on your site are User Content under these Terms, and the license in User Content applies to them.

12AI Credits

AI Credits are included with your plan at no extra charge, in the amounts shown for your plan. We may change those amounts with at least 30 days' notice. Using some AI features consumes Credits, and a request that fails uses none. Credits have no cash value and are not your property. They can't be refunded, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except as required by law. Your Credit balance works like this:

• It resets to your plan's amount at each renewal, and unused Credits don't carry over.
• The one-time setup bonus expires at the end of your first billing period.
• Trial Credits end when your trial ends.
• If you upgrade, your balance is topped up to the new plan's amount right away.
• If you downgrade, your balance changes to the new plan's amount at the end of your current billing period. Credits from your previous plan don't carry over.
• If you cancel, you keep your Credits until the end of your current billing period. After that, any unused Credits are forfeited.

13Third-party AI and availability

AI features are powered by third-party providers. We may change providers, models, features or usage limits. AI features may sometimes be unavailable, and they are provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or results.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kejoola from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms. This includes claims arising from content or code on your site, whether you created it or AI features created it at your direction.

15Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kejoola. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

17Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
